You don't need any experience to rent a SUP board because we will give you a brief introduction on the beach.
If you want more support, we recommend you participate in a Stand up paddle lesson private or group sessions with our qualified instructors.

Stand-up paddle hire is available all day from 10.00 to 21.00. However, please note that it is always advisable to do the afternoon sessions as conditions are generally best at this time. For example, it can sometimes be too windy in the morning before 11.00 am.
