The 50-hour SUP Yoga training course is spread over four days, during which we will accompany you on your discovery of this fantastic discipline.

Our SUP YOGA Training and Specialisation Course is aimed at:

a anyone (teachers and non-teachers) would like to deepen their yoga practice, also taking the discipline to the water and gaining more confidence and skills.

at Yoga instructors already trained or being trained, who also wish to teach the discipline of yoga on a board, such as the SUP YOGAin a protected aquatic environment

to those who would like to broaden their work prospects, being able to collaborate with Stand Up Paddle and Surfing schools, bringing the practice of yoga into close contact with water activities, providing preparatory lessons in and out of the water
Topics will be addressed and practical lessons will be given highlighting how the discipline of yoga can help and support the physical and mental performance of those involved in water sports such as SUP, Surfing and other board sports.
Through the course, you will acquire all the knowledge you need to manage, organise and carry out your business safely.
