Yoga studio in Desenzano del Garda

Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Postural yoga Therapy, Yin Yang yoga, Biomechanics

There is no right or wrong yoga, there are differences in practice, in style, but it is up to us to find 'our' right path.

Our YOGA STUDIO is one and multiple.

After years of practice, training and teaching, we have realised how important it is to find your own yoga!
Our YOGA STUDIO in Desenzano del Garda is a space dedicated to the pursuit of well-being through different styles of practice:

  • Hatha Yoga: traditional practice that aims to balance body and mind through a slow and conscious approach
  • Vinyasa Flow: dynamic and fluid style of yoga, characterised by the synchronisation of movement and breath
  • Yin Yoga: slow and deep, it focuses on static postures held for several minutes working on deep connective tissues
  • Yoga Therapy: focuses on the specific needs of the person, adapting sequences and exercises to address discomforts such as pain, postural disorders, stress, anxiety or chronic conditions
  • Biomechanics: analysis of the body's natural movement to improve its functionality, efficiency and posture

We believe that there is no right or wrong yoga, but that everyone must find their own path. Through experience and listening to the body, we offer a place where each person can discover their own balance and the benefits of yoga.

WHO WE ARE:

CRISTINA SCAPIN
After years of classical dance and later Pilates, I approached Yoga in 2007, with Master Pietro Saleri. I began my training as a teacher in 2015, Yoga Jyotim with Master Renato Turla, and since then I have continued training in different yoga styles and approaching the study and understanding of functional movement. In 2016, I became certified as a SUP instructor and have been fusing these two wonderful disciplines ever since. I have founded with other members, the ASD INDIGOYOGA with the aim of taking yoga 'outside', practising outdoors, on meadows, cliffs, beaches and even on water, mixing the discipline of yoga with Stand Up Paddle.  My love for yoga has driven me to immerse myself in numerous training courses, to explore every hidden corner and be able to pass it on as a true teacher. Indigo Yoga&SUP represents the result of years of practice, training, passion, travel and experience. It is the heart of the fantastic commitment shared by me and my fellow adventure, always excited to spend the summer on Lake Garda!
After a period of travelling between Lake Garda and Sardinia, we have found our permanent home in Desenzano del Garda. Our aim is to bring sport, wellness and contact with nature to the lower lake area as well as to the northern part. Combining movement, connection between individuals and the exploration of an area often considered only touristy and not sporty. I organise yoga retreats and collaborate with various studios, including YogaLab in Bergamo.

NIKOLETA BOUDINOVA:

My experience in the world of yoga began in 2009, when I approached this practice to deal with back problems. My curiosity led me to undertake training with Renato Turla. In 2018 I graduated as a first-level yoga instructor from Jyotim, and in 2022 I obtained my second-level diploma.
I have always tried to deepen the therapeutic side of yoga, as well as aspects related to psychology and psychosomatics. I have participated in courses at the Institute of Integrated Psychosomatics in Milan, including 'Yoga and Trauma' and 'Body and Emotions Lab Somatic Competence Training'.
In May 2022, I started training in Yoga Therapy at Yoga Experience, driven by a personal need. Here I found the training I was looking for, which integrates structural, anatomical, physiological, philosophical, energetic and spiritual aspects. I developed a personal practice that incorporates many therapeutic elements.
My specialisation is in yoga for back pain, and I have integrated a specific programme dedicated to this into my courses. I continue to train and participate in various courses that constantly enrich my experience.
