Indoor and outdoor yoga classes in the beautiful scenery of Lake Garda.

We are not just outdoors!
Throughout the year, courses, lectures and Masterclasses are held at our Yoga studio in Desenzano del Garda.
During the summer period we also give you the opportunity to practice in close contact with nature.
Every weekend, starting in May, we organise lessons, Masterclasses and special events in beautiful outdoor locations...
parks (public and private), beaches and jetties become our Shala, accompanied by breakfast, aperitifs or brunch.
In addition, two mid-week sunset lessons, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m., starting at the end of May, are taken outdoors, c/o our beautiful SUP venue in Desenzano del Garda, inside the Desenzano Lake Village.
Because for us yoga also means feeling contact with the earth, breathing fresh air, perceiving the passing of time through the sensations that the air, water, sky, sun and trees transmit to us.

Re-establishing contact with our body means getting in touch with Nature and therefore with the entire Universe.
