Our Yoga Studio is one and manifold.
After years of practice, training and teaching, we have realised how important it is to find one's own yoga...
Experience, the desire to learn but above all listening to our bodies, to ourselves, led us to practise different styles and recognise the benefits and potential of each one.
We realised that there is no right or wrong yoga, there are differences in practice, in style, but it is up to us to find 'our' right path.
Our practice:
The lesson always starts with a few minutes devoted to breathing and preparing the body.
The guided practice is fluid and rich in detail, a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, in which dynamic and energetic sequences yes alternate with more static and complex postures, asanas that are studied in depth, also with the use of specific props.
The last part is dedicated to slow, passive movements, taking cues from the world of Yin yoga and Restorative, until complete relaxation in Savasana.
