SUP Yoga brings together the Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation, yoga on a surfboard, stand up paddle in the calm waters to create an experience unique yoga.
We paddle just offshore (usually no more than 20 metres) and anchor our boards so you don't have to worry about drifting.
From there, we will begin to get used to the board and space of your new yoga 'mat'. After a few seated and kneeling poses, we will slowly work on testing your balance, from the simplest asanas to the more challenging poses.
It is no different from any other yoga teachings will be provided for all levels and you will always be supervised by a certified advanced yoga teacher.
Ending a yoga class in the calm water with the setting sun is the most beautiful and relaxing experience, being lulled into deep relaxation as your body lets go completely and moves with the water.

SPECIAL SUP YOGA: RESTORATIVE & WATER CHAKRA

A slow and flowing practice dedicated to rebalancing Svadhisthana, the second Chakra, water lodge, will allow you to flow freely between positions, to connect breath and movement.
Relaxation, guided visualisations and olfactory experience (with dedicated essential oils) will help you FEEL and balance your emotional state, and let everything flow, like water.
